Financial Planning

A facility charge (Kansas Surgery & Recovery Center) is determined after each procedure. You, your doctor, or the insurance carrier can call us to obtain an estimate of the approximate cost in advance. You may expect to be billed separately for related services:

• Pre-admission testing (laboratory, x-ray, EKG)
• Your surgeon(s) services
• Anesthesiology services
• Pathology services
• Insured Patients: As a courtesy to you we will bill your insurance carrier for the Surgery & Recovery Center charges. Please bring your insurance ID card with you on the day of surgery. Payment in full is expected within 30 days following your operation.

Uninsured Patients: Without insurance, payment in full for the facility charge and for anesthesia services (if applicable) is required on the day service is rendered.

Acceptable forms of payment are cash, cashier's check, VISA/MC, or Discover.

Ownership Disclosure:

The physician who referred you to Kansas Surgery & Recovery Center may have a "significant beneficial interest" in this surgery center. You are free to choose another facility in which to receive the services that have been ordered by your physician.
